How do I follow my order?

1. Finish payment and get an order confirmation email sent by system.

(The order number is included in that email)

2. Get an email with tracking info when the hair wig is done processed and sent out.
3. Tracking the parcel on the express website.
4. Get an SMS or call from local express.
5. Collect the parcel.

 

Why can’t I get an order confirmation email?

1. Be in the junk email?
2. Call your bank to confirm whether the payment get through.
3. The payment is unsuccessful. And the money will be back to your account within several working days.

 

About the express:

1. If the parcel is sent out from China, it will delivery by Aramex.

Generally 5-7 working days on delivery since you receive the email with tracking info.

2. If the parcel is sent out from the warehouse in SA, it will delivery by Postnet. In some area the Postnet could not reach, it will delivery by PAXI.

Generally 3-5 working days on delivery since you receive the email with tracking info.

 

How do I apply my coupon?

1. Write it in the discount code blank when you pay.
2. You can only apply one coupon in every single order.
3. FS is for free shipment.

 

About the price on the website:

1. The price differs from the length, lace and other factors. But the system generally shows the lowest price in that link.

Q: Is Your Hair mixed?

A: No, All the hair in our website is 100% virgin human hair, you can do color process and restyled as you like.

 

Q: How many bundles do I need to install a full head?

A: It depends on the hair length, normally if you want the hair length over 16 inches, we suggest 3-4 bundles for a full head. Less than 16 inches, 2-3 bundles is ok.

 

Q: How Do I Place Order?

A: You can choose the item, length, quantity that you want into shopping cart and then fill your shipping address and contact info and then submit for payment.

A: Once we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a link to retrieve your tracking number.  In addition, you can always log into your Uwins account, find your order and track it from there.  The tracking number will link to the carrier’s website where you can track your shipment.

 

Q.Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change an order, contact us at info@uwinshair.com immediately. We will do everything to accommodate your request. However, shipped items cannot be canceled or changed. Refused packages will be refunded for the merchandise ordered minus shipping and 20% handling cost.
